Greetings! May the blessings and joy of the Lord uplift you today in the glory of His Salvation.

We have just returned from Washington, DC where we participated with prayer generals from 32 nations of the world. Our primary purpose was to speak into and pray together concerning the conflict with Iraq, terrorism, and Israel. Our time together was convocation not a conference and prayer was the central activity. We know the Lord has heard us and we will see His influence come forth in amazing ways in the days ahead.

Along with several other Native ministers, we had a very specific assignment to begin opening up spiritual dialogue with the appropriate authority figures concerning the treaties the USA established with the Indian Tribes of this continent. There are 371 treaties that have been ratified by the Senate of the USA and all of them have been broken by the USA. We are finally beginning to see both spiritual and political figures come forth and see, understand, and make a commitment before the Lord to do something about bringing true spiritual resolution to this most serious issue facing our nation and all the Indian nations as well. We know as Native people that along with these broken treaties there are associated curses attached which were spoken in great anguish and bitterness by countless numbers of shamans and chiefs over the many decades. The spiritual result of this with regard to the spiritual landscape is extremely serious and is the one under girding issue that has a very significant impact on the security and safety of this nation.

We were given a copy of all of these treaties in a summarized form, and when I, as a Chippewa believer, saw the many treaties affecting my people and my specific band, these broken treaties struck deep in my heart and spirit. As I held this document, I could sense the magnitude of impact upon millions of Native people. You could almost hear, audibly, the sound of their weeping and crying.

A small group of us went to the top floor in the Dept of Interior building and stepped into the spiritual breach of these broken treaties. It was a very intense time of deep intercession, but I know we were heard in Heaven. Prior to this we met with one of the senators in a separate meeting, and he began the process of releasing the forgiveness of the Lord Jesus into this deep wound between the whites and the Indians in our Nation. The Lord has made known to us that He through these times of intercession and forgiveness has begun to release the gift of hope into this breach, and to bring healing to all. From the viewpoint of Heaven this major issue that affects the entire globe is now moving forward on Heaven's agenda. We are asking you to passionately partner with us to see that which is established in Heaven regarding these broken covenants now break forth in the earth realm.

One primary goal of our combined prayer effort needs to be centered on the issuing of a "Proclamation of Apology" by the President of the USA to all the Indian Nations within the boundaries of the USA.

We need to pray for those who have been given Heaven's charge to move this forward and move it to completion; pray they will receive an abundance of God's wisdom, knowledge, and understanding; for many other political and spiritual leaders to come forth and stand for the resolution of this issue; pray for all involved to have great courage and gain the vision of what the healing of this issue will mean for all nations; and pray for the thwarting of and confusion to enter into the camp of the enemy who would seek to stop, derail, or minimize this effort.

May the Lord increase the strength of His prayer anointing within you, and we release the covering of the "Host" mantel over you whereby we release upon you His magnified Light, Life, and Love to empower you to press in and lay hold of His mountain-moving faith as you lift up this global-impacting issue.
